Tonight...

Hubby brought this CD home for me today :) It's an "old" Elton John album (I put "old" in quotes because it came out the year I was born....AND I'M NOT OLD YET!! :) ) and I don't think anyone in my family has ever heard it! It is reissued and has had 4 tracks "deleted" to keep it to one CD. BUT, it has "Tonight" and "Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word" on it. I have listened to a bit of "Tonight." It is SO different than the "Australia" version...he sings higher, and the orchestra is not as powerful. That's all I've listened to soo far, since "Nanny 911" started 10 minutes ago :)
I have a...something...for Sister. Now that you are working more, this might work...what if we both got step counters and keep a running tab of how much walking we do. You know, at work or around the house, during the week. No wait....don't log off yet!! Let's make a goal and try walking somewhere virtually. Like, let's walk to Duluth. Ok, so how long does it take for us to walk the 150 miles (or whatever) and who can get there first? And then, this spring, maybe we can pick a day that we don't both work and walk then too. OR we could walk the MOA one night a week (it's about 4 miles..if we don't stop to shop!!) What do you think?? I just know that 2 nights of dinner fondue, a night of dessert fondue and more pasta than I really should be eating in one week has REALLY effected my waistline!! And since I can't afford the Y or Lifetime fitness or Curves....walking is free :) What do you think????

I think that sounds great! I have a step counter, I think it just needs a new battery. Don't you also already have one? I'm also for walking MOA or going walking outside. Maybe Friday we can run to Walgreens or Target and find batteries. Otherwise, I have to go to SportsAuthority to exchange my exercise ball (the pump is snapped in two!), so maybe we could just get new ones if we can't find batteries.
Yeah...I broke mine trying to replace the battery. Apparently the Target cheepies are disposible or something.....Dumb. So, I'm looking at a nicer one that says what kind of batteries it takes or that they aren't included or something so I know I can replace them when they die.
Cool....I can't wait :)
