I can't believe I forgot to mention the AWESOME dessert my daddy made me for my birthday....Black Forest Mousse. Yummy! Pudding, oreos, cherry pie filling, cool whip maybe.....oh yummy! I could make a batch and eat it all myself :) I'd post the recipe, but my only loyal reader already has it :) If you REALLY want it, you'll have to come out of hiding and let me know :)

What do you want to know? I live in a suburban area in MN, with my hubby and 3 cats. I was a preschool teacher for almost 7 years before becoming the center's assistant director in 2007. At least now I'm not over-qualified for my job!
