ARGH!!!!

I had my first Capstone related nervous breakdown tonight. My chair emailed me and said that she'd prefer my project be in Word, not Publisher. Now that I know how to use Pub, I LIKE Pub! ARGH! So, I just spent the last 2 hours trying to put my creativity into Word from Publisher....complete with tears, swearing, cursing Microsoft, and flipping the 'puter the bird (the REAL bird...not the State Fair bird). And to top it all off, I was having troubles with Word's help feature AND the Clipboard. Guess I should go check for updates.....
I have a canker sore on my tongue and it hurts to eat. So, I don't. Then I'm hungry, so I get food. Then it hurts to eat, so I don't. It's like the "If you give a..." books. If you give Psymon a canker sore, she's not going to eat. If she doesn't eat so she'll be hungry. Then she'll ask for some food.... (If you don't know what I'm talking about, check out "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" by Laura Joffe Numeroff...I highly recommend it :) ) On the plus side, the pain and discomfort should go away in a day or two. Until then, I live on Anbesol ("Oral Care!!!")
Hubby's truck is in the shop :( No tail lights on Monday, so he took it in today. The wire had shorted out. Bummer. He also needs an alignment, so he asked about that. Turns out the ball joints are bad and should be replaced ASAP, and def. before getting an alignment. So, there the truck sits....getting new ball joints and all. So, after work, I've gotta work on my Capstone for a bit, then drive to Roseville and get Hubby, then drive back to our hometown to get the truck...then come home, make dinner, do homework.....or maybe I'll take tomorrow night off....nope. Can't. Gotta picnic at work on Thursday and won't be home til after 7pm :( Oh well.....
I'm just having a mini pity party...don't mind me. On the plus side, it IS beach week...and I love beach week :) So maybe that's enough to keep me from running away from home.
